Service and eligibility

eyeOnFox provides research software for professional investigators, analysts and organisations. It supports lawful research using public sources and material you are authorised to process. It does not provide legal advice, certify findings, or replace human investigation.

Plans and payment

Individual is AUD $1,000 per named person per month. Organisation is AUD $5,000 per month for unlimited named users in one organisation and unlimited platform usage. Prices include applicable tax. Payment and recurring subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Checkout shows the amount, currency and renewal terms before payment.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. A failed payment, paused subscription or expired access period may suspend service access. Organisation billing does not give members access to another analyst’s cases.

Trials

Seven-day trials are arranged by contacting us. The agreed start time determines expiry. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful, authorised research. Do not use it for harassment, stalking, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, unauthorised access or discrimination. Do not resell access, share named-user credentials, bypass protective controls or deliberately exhaust service capacity. Unlimited usage means no metered platform usage charge; technical concurrency, source availability and abuse controls still apply.

Your information and findings

You retain rights to material you supply and are responsible for having permission to process it. You authorise processing needed to provide the service, including configured third-party AI and search providers as described in the privacy policy. Verify original sources before relying on or publishing findings. A label such as PROTECTED is not an accreditation or approval to upload classified information.

Availability, cancellation and rights

External sources and AI providers may change or become unavailable. No particular investigation outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Refund enquiries follow our refund policy.
