Refunds & cancellation
Pre-launch draft — final commercial terms are being reviewed before paid access opens.
Cancel a subscription
Open Account & billing and choose Manage subscription / cancel to open Paddle’s customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Request a refund
Email contact@lyramirae.com with your account email, Paddle transaction reference and the reason for your request. Do not send card details. Payment refunds are processed through Paddle under the applicable buyer terms and your statutory rights. We do not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Trials
A contact-arranged 7-day trial requires no payment and does not automatically renew or become a subscription.
